After completing my first year of studies at Henry Ford College, I was accepted as a fellow to the Community College Summer Fellowship Research sponsored by UROP, the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program in University of Michigan as a research assistant for Dr. Lepri, We were trying to investigate the solar wind and its structure. In our research we were trying to explain how the solar wind is accelerated. There are several theories for the solar wind and each predicts different observables; we were testing a theory by studying a particular structure, Pseudosteamer. In summer 2014, I have learned coding using Python Language Program, which we use mainly to create some graphs. Using the graphs, I was able to expect and suggest when the Pseudostreamer have observable signature in the solar wind in line with the model. It has been a truly wonderful experience and introduction to the world of research.
